PerksPlus transitioning to an agency-only booking channel for U.S. customers:

Why is PerksPlus only exclusive to agencies in the U.S.?

We recognize that many of our customers prefer the convenience and benefits of booking and managing travel through a Travel Management Company (TMC). By making PerksPlus exclusive to agencies, we aim to cater to our customers' preferences and provide a streamlined and enhanced experience.

If I do not have a travel agency, what program does United have to offer for my small business?

For customers without a travel agency, we invite you to explore the enhanced United for Business (U4B) portal. This platform offers a range of benefits, including access to new discount plans, trip reports, and improved management of business travel on united.com and the United app.

If I migrate over to the new U4B Portal, when will my points expire?

Points for accounts migrating to the United for Business portal will remain accessible until January 31, 2026. This ensures that you have ample time to use any remaining PerksPlus points.
